place to avoid delays, disappointments and client discontent.
Processes: Triangle prepares an issue plan, and proprietary processes
are put in place. They include specifying deadlines to meet
all publishing/production
dates and avoid last-minute changes and expenses.
Key Contacts: Triangle designates a single point of contact between
our team and the client for all content matters. This contact will be
available during extended business hours via telephone, fax and electronic
mail.
Professionalism: Triangle identifies the writers, editors, art
director, production and other subcontractors with the requisite level
of industry and business knowledge to assure the client that its goals
are understood and in the hands of professionals.
Preparation and Research: Working within the clients strategic
objectives, a case study can be 4-, 8- or 12-pages in length, depending
on the particular user of a client's product/service and the challenges
he or she faced in implementation. Once all interviews and research
have been completed, the case study will be packaged to look like an
analysts
case study report.
Production/Presentation: Triangle's case study program includes:
an initial meeting to review client goals (onsite or via arranged conference
calls) and its customer base and to develop a project outline; research;
writing; editing; fact-checking; design; production services; review
and
prior approval by the client and its customer; and printing services.
Print and Web-Based Formats: Triangle offers both print- and
Web-based formats of our case study programs. We will deliver 1,000 copies
printed on
an appropriate card stock and provide an Adobe Acrobat PDF to post online.
The Triangle Publishing Services Co. Inc. Agreement includes an unlimited
license for our client to reprint the report based on the Acrobat document.
Triangle can have additional printed copies of the original report available,
if needed (an additional print fee applies).
Audio and Video: Triangle can add audio, video and animation
to the Web version of your case studies, providing additional credibility.
