Triangle Publishing Services Co. Inc. to Produce
Special Advertising Sections for BusinessWeek

First special advertising section on e-health will explore current implementation efforts
and preview the emerging technologies

Newton, MA, January 9, 2001 -- Triangle Publishing Services Co. Inc., a leading content provider of business and technology editorial, has been retained by BusinessWeek magazine to produce a series of technology-specific special advertising sections in 2001.

The first special section on e-health will appear in the April 9th issue of BusinessWeek. The content will focus on the technologies available today--what they are and how they work. It will specifically emphasize the nuts-and-bolts of implementation and the industry standards that may simplify installation and operation in the future.

"We chose Triangle for several reasons, but clearly the dominant reason was superb quality," said BusinessWeek’s Jim Richardson, Vice President of Strategic Programs. "In reviewing what Triangle has done, it was clear that they understand these issues and how to craft highly readable copy, even when dealing with extremely complex technology. To tell stories that are this technical and have them still be so easily understood by a non-technical executive is an art."

Richardson, however, said Triangle’s services also went well beyond print content. "We were quite impressed with the comprehensiveness and diversity of Triangle’s services," he said. "There are simply not that many publishing services companies that can deliver the multimedia, print, IT and online expertise, plus sales and sales support, art and production services."

Triangle CEO Larry Marion said the firm was proud to partner with the world’s largest business magazine, but was especially pleased that the first section topic is as compelling as e-health. "Almost everyone involved in the healthcare industry has understood for years the powerful financial incentives that come with successful e-health efforts. But companies are now understanding how complicated and difficult it can be to integrate these systems into existing networks. By looking at the successful e-health implementations, we will provide readers and vendors with a blueprint for success."

"A lot of the e-health products and services being showcased today are quite impressive, but we’ll be taking a real-world perspective," said Triangle vice president/editor-in-chief Evan Schuman. "Our writers will be talking with users, integrators and medical device specialists to provide useful suggestions and insights about how to most effectively take advantage of this leap into New Age technology."

The BusinessWeek e-health special advertising section will be available on newsstands on Mar. 30, 2001, and to BusinessWeek Online subscribers at http://adsections.businessweek.com.

Other special advertising section topics to be produced by Triangle for BusinessWeek in 2001 will include remote site strategies and financial technology.
