Product Demos Thanks to the Internet and the rise of multimedia tools, it is now possible to provide technology decision-makers with a more meaningful product demonstration. Instead of a self-serving demonstration of the technology by a vendor spokesperson, Triangle has created a product demonstration out of a case study. After interviewing a customer (using either a production version or a beta version of a product) and writing a case study, Triangle embeds audio, video and animation into that case study. The result provides a more compelling demonstration of how a product works, its features and benefits. This more credible approach to a product demo combines the credibility of a customer testimonial with the real-time value of actually seeing valuable features and functions as described by the customer. We call this product demo a Multimedia Feature Article (MFA) to describe Triangle's unique techniques for combining text, screen captures, synchronized voice-over and informative but non-complex moving graphics into an efficient and compelling tool that resembles video, but without the bandwidth and cost drawbacks. The resultant multimedia is linked into appropriate spots within a feature article or case study.
